Any person to obtain results with the so-called "three days of Super Diet"?
To begin, I'm going to the gym 4 days per week for a min of one hour, and I play softball 2x a week. From what I see is essentially 1000 calories per day. Let me know if you've tried and the results obtained directly or known someone who has or has not. 3-DAY SUPER DIET displayed below Lose 10 lbs. In three days Breakfast – Black coffee or tea first day – 1 / 2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 tbl peanut butter-Day 2 – 1 egg, I toast, 1 / 2 3rd day of the banana – 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, i small apple Lunch. Day 1: 1 / 2 cup tuna, 1 slice of toast, coffee or Tea Day 2: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 crackers Day 3: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast Dinner Day 1: 3 oz Any type of meat, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup beets 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream Day 2: 2 hot dogs 1 cup broccoli, 1 / 2 cup carrots, 1 / 2 banana, 1 / 2 c vanilla ice ream 3rd day: 1 cup tuna 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 / 2 cantaloupe, 1 / 2 cup cream Vanilla Ice
I tried the diet 15 years ago … did not work for me a little, and some food were evident. It worked for my father so.
