I need help with my Keurig coffee maker?
I used my machine to Keurig coffee cups with K during about 7 months. This afternoon, I was in the kitchen, the sound mixing nowhere near the coffee machine when all of a sudden he started to pour water out of the spout, steam and doing. When I opened the pod holder, the basket that was there from this morning had erupted and there were coffee grounds all over the inside of the pod holder. I immediately unplugged it cleaned and now when I plug it died. No lights, nothing. Has anyone else ever happens to them? Any ideas or suggestions?
I had my Keurig for about almost two years now and love. Check to see if your machine is plugged into an outlet with a GFI. Sounds like a power surge or something like that. If so, you must click on the red button on the little control. I forget this from time to time! I hoped mine would kick the bucket so I can get the model that brews three sizes instead of one that I brew only 2. You can also call 1-888-try-GMCR. They are super useful … is where I take my coffee. Good luck and I hope it works the morning!
