Can anyone help remove a Trojan, or give information?

I have a Benotti Espresso Maker, and I (unfortunately) let sit for a while with water inside. Needless to say, he now has a smell of mildew on it. I know how to clean and de-odorize basket of water, but how do I go about cleaning inside? Usually when I clean my coffee machine I usually just use denture cleaning tablets in the basket water and run it through the brewing process several times with clean water. I intend to do the same with this, but I want to know if anyone can think of a better way? Thank you for the help!

I have a very beautiful Brew Central Cuisinart Coffee Maker ACS-1200. It is about 4 years. But I bought a coffee brand out there and just tasted terrible, Kindy taste watery and weird. I thought it was mark. I bought my regular brand, quality French Roast Maxwell House, but it is always tastes strange – kind of mold. I have washed the filter and the support portion of plastic in the filter and brewed a pot of hot water and the taste is always this way. Any ideas? Vinegar, Thanks guys!
