Is the plan a good way for me to diet?

I work about 1-2 hours per day, plus I sing in a group where I am not active, or that I'm usually doing something. I have raised the stakes on the workouts and my diet is-Breakfast: coffee, black, no cream or sugar Lunch: small sandwich, banana, juice, granola bars. Lunch: A main part (like a hamburger or a bowl of soup) and salad, I lost 20 pounds so far and you want to lose 20 more, is it a good idea to keep a weight loss like that? I I feel better than before the diet, a little tired at times.

is a good way to get food. u lost 20 pounds. Is this not proof???? but if u feel tired that probably means ur not eating enough. try to have a handle chasews protein or something between breakfast and lunch or a selection of little me.

Acrylic nesting tables would be a practical alternative to the glass coffee table?

I have a coffee table is wood with a top glass and I hate the way it is hard when I put something on it and I'm paranoid it will break. But I like the look of all tables acrylic nesting in a modern and I'm debating on purchasing, but I wonder if me and my friends invited awkwardness would be too afraid to use them. things Acrylic I own are not furniture, but they are pretty indestructible. opinions? Insight?

Acrylic is softer while the glass will produce a less fragile when it hits stuff. On the other hand, coasters and placemats have been (at least in part) devised to meet deaf and rattling. Well course, being softer, it is more likely to show scratches.

Hello, I agreed to host a party for jewelry my friend. I think it'll be fun, but I need some cheap ideas or recipes for refreshments. I think there will be less than 10 women there. I talk about beverages, I thought to take a coffee and a nightcap or maybe a certain type of light punch with alcohol. I'm not sure snacks, nothing too fancy. Thought to drop to 7 layers and things that could go with that. Thank you!

Have you lived or been to Costa Rica?

I heard a lot about Costa Rica, I hear the weather, surfing big pot of good cheap housing, and that's relatively safe compared to most other countries of Central America or South America. I am a graduate college in a few weeks and have a plan of work for 5 years, but all my money and go to Costa Rica and just spend the rest of my life to relax, surfing, growing organic coffee and mangoes for me and just relax. Obvoiusly I know at some point I must take a long journey there and see what I think of it rather than just what I heard, but have you been there or lived there and what you think?

its great. the climate is good, a little damp in some places, but the scenery is great, is if the fruit and stuff. is a beautiful country.
