coffee machine in an office? What is the best?

I have a Keurig machine at home and absolutley love it (they use K-Cups). We are seeking a single cup machine that uses either K-Cups or coffee pods, I just called Kaurig customer service and they were terrible and not helpful at all. Are there other services that you need the coffee machine and coffee you buy every month? I know Some coffee pods, but what machines do you use it with?

we use the system Flavia, our provider is Aramark. the service is reliable and the coffee is delicious. They even offer tea and hot chocolate all made with the same ease of use of the machine. machines dairyman as "pods".

energy drink / energy drink with?

I need a big race tomorrow and a power / energy drink. I do not want a red bull or something like that eg.coffee (caffeine, hot chocolate). I already bought 3 drinks Powerade. I want some something that is made from fruits and vegetables. Like a smoothie and others. Does anyone have something that I can use? If you give me a smoothie recipe, so I want something that is, milk or yogurt, vegetables and fruit punch and fruit (for fruit nectars). I need and want and what which releases small amounts of energy at different times. thank you to all who reply!
