I have an office manager for a small agency Xerox Detroit, MI. What should be my salary?

I am an office manager, I can not just anybody, but I am running office smoothly. And I work for a local agency Xerox so I wear many hats! My duties include: production, ordering supplies (toners, drums, etc.), the control of Xerox machines (printers, faxes, etc.) Maintenance of inventory, answering phones, transferring calls, taking / relaying messages, typing documents (contracts, notes, etc.), scheduling and rescheduling appointments, accounts payable / Recievable, Maintaining office (taking garbage, sweeping, making coffee), scheduling service calls for clients (sending a top service when customers have problems with their machines), operating Xerox equipment (replacement supplies for the machines we use in IE Office UN-jamming copiers, billing customers and ensure they pay their bills, among other tasks. How should I get paid on time?
