Why do people eat Hershey chocolate?
Besides the use of traditional Americana, why people buy this type of chocolate bad? Memories eat as a kid? Yet this is not an excuse – if you grew up on instant coffee and then tried to freshly brewed coffee French pressed with the full range of oils and flavors, you should just be stubborn to continue to drink stirred in coffee crystals. While living Europe in particular I was asked why people buy this "chocolate" in the States, and I never could find a reasonable answer, Then I turn it over to you. Maybe in the 50s, we had nothing better in America, but still! We have access to some great chocolate at affordable prices now, why people subject themselves to the chalk / cheap taste of Hershey? This is a serious issue, serious answers to be appreciated … not "I like / don 't like Hershey!" unless supported with some ideas.
In '50s and '60s, the Hershey chocolate was really good. Like many other products, the quality and quantity has been sacrificed for the price. I a chocolate lover, and really wish I could buy the original product, whatever the price.
