Are there any health risks of drinking two or more cups of filter drip caffeinated coffee?
I drink two or more cups ordinary filter coffee. It's the caffeine. Are there any health risks of drinking coffee that good? Can cause or exacerbate damage to your organs body? Liver? Kidneys? Make sure your answer has been proved and is not something that you have guessed. Thank you and Happy New Year!
Caffeine is a diuretic, which means it will make you urinate. In addition, if you urinate without calling necessary fluids in your body like water, you could potentially become dehydrated. As far as I know, however, 2 cups of regular coffee is not bad. with the use of long-term dependence to caffeine might occur. you know you're addicted to caffeine when you try to stop drinking coffee and you get a headache, feel anxious and so on. hope that helps.
