Looking for a blow your socks coffee cake recipe. Does anyone have one?

Need to bring something for a pot luck morning .. not picky about what kind .. but something that could be cooked the night before would be ideal …

CRUMB TOP Cake 1 stick whipped butter 1 1 / 2 cups flour 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 1 / 2 packet of yeast teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 1 / 2 c. teaspoon salt 1 egg beaten 1 / 2 cup milk Combine butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix until crumbly. Book 1 / 2 cup for garnish. To remaining mixture, add eggs and milk combined. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 8-inch square. Sprinkle with the reserve crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven, 375 F, 30 to 35 minutes. APPLE YOGURT OR portion 12 Cake 2 / 3 cup sugar 1 / 2 cup butter, plus 1 tablespoon soup, melted 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1 / 4 cups oatmeal 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 tsp Tea baking powder 8 oz plain yogurt 2 cups apples 1 / 2 cup brown sugar 1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts Mix sugar with 1 / 2 cup butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to egg mixture alternately with yogurt. Beat after each addition until combined. Stir in apples. Divide batter into two greased and floured round cake pans. Combine brown sugar, 1 tablespoon melted butter and nuts. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Or Mango Cake 1 1 / 2 c. flour 1 / 4 c. 1 tsp tablespoons sugar. baking powder 1 tsp tea. cinnamon 1 / 4 c. tea. salt 1 1 / 2 c. fresh cut up ripe mango 1 egg 1 / 2 c. milk 1 / 4 c. butter, melted in a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gently stir in mango. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and melted butter. Add to flour mixture and stir. Spread into greased as 8 x 8 inch pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on the dough: 3 / 4 c. 1 tsp tablespoon brown sugar. flour 1 / 4 c. chopped walnuts (we get these and pecans in packages!) Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until top is lightly browned:. Blueberry Cake or pie dough 3 / 4 c. sugar 1 / 4 c. shortening softened 1 egg 1 / 2 c. 2 tablespoons milk 2 c. sifted flour tea. baking powder 1 / 2 c. tea. 2 tablespoons salt blueberries (drained if canned) CRUMB MIXTURE: 1 / 2 c. sugar 1 / 3 c. sifted flour 1 / 2 c. tea. cinnamon 1 / 4 c. Mix butter, sugar, shortening and eggs. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add blueberries last. Spread in baking pan 9×9. Combine crumb mixture and sprinkle on top of cake blueberries in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Or cheese and coffee cake Apple Cake: 1 1 / 2 c. 2 tablespoons of flour. of melted butter 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 / 2 c. tea. salt 1 c. chopped apple 1 / 2 c. sugar 1 / 2 c. 2 tablespoons milk tea. baking powder 1 tsp Strong cheese cheddar cheese TOPPING: 1 / 2 c. 3 c. of flour. melted butter 1 / 3 c. brown sugar 1 / 2 c. cinnamon Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese coffee cake and apple. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Instead, add cheese and apple. Pour into greased 9-inch square. In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle on dough. Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. JM
