Help / advice on my fitness and diets?
OK, I work the muscles of the chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders on day 1 + cardio, then I work the legs, abdomen and buttocks on the second day while the muscles are worked from the day before are relaxation + heart then back to work the muscles have worked since day 1 … and so I eat mostly cheeseburgers, pizza (the treaties that you get from hypermarkets) 6 tablespoons of caffeinated coffee with 2 tablespoons of sugar per day, drink whey protein the rest of the day and fish fingers but I have 4 meals a day usually a cheeseburger every three hours 20 cigarettes a day and a multivitamin tablet a day Is this the best way to win muscle? Are there changes needed to improve my fitness routine or my diet, or are my routines and diet OK? Thank you very much for your help
You will gain weight, but not the kind of mass you want. You're eating lots of fat and protein. The excess carbohydrates just increase your cholesterol and make you fat. Blowing up is not necessary to gain money. If you do not afraid to kill you, you can make gains, although the trans in processed foods, it may be difficult by damage to thyroid function. In addition, nicotine depresses your nerves. A pack a day could interfere. I want to take more vitamins. I would take three days to one day. I stay on the 3rd day then work your upper body again. 48 hours of rest is best. Ideally, you keep carbohydrates to a minimum. greens eggs, all meats and salads are all what it takes. But not process meat from fast food. You can eat eggs every 3 hours, and you might as well be taking steroids. They are as effective. If you want to eat a cheeseburger, discard the bread. Eat every 3 hours is great. Benefits eat all kinds of crap, but also taking steroids. You're cruisin for a bruisin health wise. I can not give guarantees because you smoke and consume God knows what in your processed food. Your routine is acceptable if.
